Pathfinder AI

The job search runs while you sleep.

The problem

Job searching is a second job. Seekers scroll the same boards daily, rewrite the same resume for every posting, and still miss the roles that actually fit. The work is repetitive, high-volume, and exactly the kind of reading-scoring-drafting loop machines now do well.

The approach

Pathfinder splits the loop across six specialized agents rather than one monolithic prompt: an Orchestrator holds the profile and thresholds; a Scout pulls postings from TheirStack and USAJobs every morning; an Analyst scores each posting three independent ways - keyword overlap, semantic similarity, and LLM judgment; a Composer drafts a tailored resume and cover letter for every match above threshold; a Reporter assembles and ships the digest at 06:00 ET sharp; and a Coach builds a prep package the moment a match is marked "interview."

Architecture & build

A scheduled pipeline fires daily and completes in under four minutes: source ingestion, three-signal scoring, document generation, and email delivery, with per-user profiles and thresholds configured once (~2 minutes of setup). Subscription tiers (Starter / Pro / Power) gate profiles and match volume.

The outcome

A working subscription product: users wake up to a ranked digest with application documents already drafted - the scroll eliminated, the fit quantified.
